Eat Yoga Drink: Brews and Asanas at Pubs Around Arlington

Erin, the owner of Eat Yoga Drink, wasn't looking for an emotional outlet when she first started taking yoga classes about a decade ago. She simply wanted to give her muscles a break after the long runs they carried her on. However, after a few years of practice, she realized that yoga helped to ease her mind as much as her muscles. That's why she decided to pursue a career in yoga. She obtained her yoga instructor certification in 2015 and ultimately opened Eat Yoga Drink to introduce more people to the practice.

Erin ensures that everyone feels welcome at her yoga classes, even those who'd typically feel intimidated walking into a yoga studio, by eliminating the stuffy studio setting altogether. Instead, she hosts her yoga classes at breweries around the Arlington area. Come to Sunday Brunch Yoga at the Crystal City Sports Pub on Sunday mornings, check out Yoga and Beer at New District on Saturdays, or celebrate happy hour at Yoga on Tap at the Lost Dog Cafe.
